I already sent u mail regarding this but no reply
My last balanc is around 15/- rs on December 2015 as i check in my email statement which ur auto systm send to me
But on dated 29092016 somebody from ur Pnb ofiice call me that my out standing is 4000/-
How this is possible from December 2015 nobody contact me and no any information by mail phone or by post. Or no any statement send in email regarding my outstanding or card status after December 2015 in February my card was blocked as i confirmed from ur customer care after then also same status no any information from your department or no any responsibility to send me a single message in my mail mobile or any other source. Regarding my card status balane outstanding or other information now ur department said around 4000/- is my outstanding Sir How i responsible for all this that
15/- =4000/-
Now a days we r using electronic media u have to inform by my email mobile etc. I m no time to go into banks for all this and time for these thing so i demand your estatement facility But no service given by u from December 2015 i am very upset and your department mentally harashing me.
This is your bank responsibility and duty to inform me by mail or Mobile
How bad is your system that nobody care customers
Please solve this issue immediately.
