Bank voiding settlement of credit card

Credit Card Complaint Complaint Date: September 11, 2020
I had credit card of HDFC 40K limit. I applied for settlement and paid full amount as per their agent and settlement letter. Now again they are asking for 60K or settling again. They are sending legal notice.

I'm helpless.
