Problem in refund process

Hello Sir,

My patient Anubhav Tiwari's(CR: 2014088931) treatment has been over and now i am trying to get my balance amount back, but employees in P.E.D office are asking for bribe to process refund. Every time when i visit office, they ask for various documents and never describe requirement in one time.

Please help to get my fund back.
