I Suresh Kumar Singh, request you that I'm working in your esteemed organisation as a Agent, Code No. 111518731 from Sector - 4 Branch, Bokaro Steel city, Bokaro (Jharkhand) since 20.07.2012.
Sir, as per commission ledge Rs. 33,631/- has been deducted from my commission on a/c of TDS, but it is not submitted to Income Tax Dept.,as per Form - 26AS.
Sir, as per Income Tax Rule, last date of filing of return for the financial year is 31.03.2015, failing which it will be lapsed.
Sir, I have requested several time through letter and verbal also. But no result has found.
Therefore, my humble request please look into the matter and arrange to release my TDS amount, so that i can file return within the period of 31.03.2015.
