Poorest service and non receival of cylinder

Dear Sir/Mam,

Its been almost 12 days i have booked my cylinder with Indane Agency at Zirakpur Punjab. Booking Ref no. is 2000244451 . I have done my booking on this number 01762 656919 & 655919 on 31.01.2015. And now when i am constantly calling on these numbers from last 3 days nobody is picking any call on this number instead when i call they just disconnect the number instantly. I am so upset and harressed with this kind of poorest response from such a reputed company dealer in toady's scenario of competetion. I further fail to understand that there is no proper check on the facilities and services provided by the Dealers who are creating bad name to company and harrassing people to such an extent.The company should shut down their operations and take action. Looking forward for your quickest action as i am in need of the cylinder and nobody is responding to the request and instead harrassing me mentally for the basic household requirement of the customer.
