no delivery of cylender

I have booked cylinder refill online on 27 rd Jan 15,my customer ID is CX12863420, but now, till on Feb 15 it is not yet delivered, nobody is receiving the customer care no. , while online inquiry it is showing wrong address, while i have received cylinder a month back in same address.
