no cooling of fridge

My double door fridge procured on aug 11 had to be gas recharged twice till date. Last recharge was done one month before on payment. But problem was not resolved. I had registered complaint 11 jan 15 nobody has attended the problem till date. Request for some positive action at the earliest please
