I booked for gas cylinder on 11.1.2015 against consugmer No. 2453 and received the reference no. 209754 throguh sms. After booking of 15 days on repeted reminder and telephonic conversation that they are saying that your cylender will deliver today, tomorrow like this. On 29.1.2015 I received sms on 29.1.15 that cash memo no. 300018953 generated and shall be delivered shortly. From 2nd February onwarads on telephonic discussion they are saying that gas is delivery today, but it is regret to inform that till date I have not received the gas cylinder yet and they are giving fasle information always and harrasing to the customer.
