Intentional hardships offered by hp gas

I am not able to grasp how come hp gas find one or other excuse to Harrass the public

My connection is undisturbed since last many more years
It was initially disturbed despite the account is linked with aadhar
Then under pretext of banks letter
Now under pretext that irrationally some connections are transferred to unresponsive agency
Which is not taking or responding any phone call

Is it that hp gas has decided to be non responsive
