Delay in Cylinder Delievery

Dear Sir/Madam

My customer no. is CX16684231 and registered with ref. no. 254541. I booked the LPG Cylinder in city gas agency on 23/01/2015 and they generate the cash memo on 26/01/2015 with cash memo no. 3000245154 but till today on 10/02/2015 I didn't recieved my LPG Cylinder.

So please tell me what is the issue with gas agency and why you people are so late to deliver the gas after generating the cash memo bill against my booking no.
