Material was handed over to Khanna Stationary ( Plot no. 257, Sector 2c, Vasundhra, Ghaziabad) on 27 May 2019 for delivery of sealed Packet to Ludhiana ( Pin 142022).Khanna stationary given recipt of Trackon courier ( Docket No. 1379234997). Packet was not delivered to consignee and was returned back to me on 10.06.2019 at 10:00 PM after lot of delibration & pursue. When we opened the packet, surprisingly material Dry Fruits ( 500gm Badam and 500gm Kaju) of high grade were missing from the packet. when we asked Khanna stationary, he replied that he has no role neither he has any agreeent with Trackon. plz contact Trackon directly. Trackon customer care repetedly disconnected my call and refuse to provide complaint number. i am totally harrased both by Trackon and khanna stationary. Please take hard action on courier agency as well as on Khanna stationary
