I REGISTER A REVERSE COURIER FROM DTDC ON DT.- 08/01/2019 TO SNAPDEAL BUT DTDC DELIVERED IT TO GOREGAON IN PALACE OF GURGAON AND SEEN WRONG ADDRESS ON TRACKING. AFTER COMPLAINT IT (DOCKET NO-13495432 )THEY REVERSED. BUT I DID NOT RECEICED TILL DATE. SNAPDEAL IS NOT REFUNDED MY MONEY BCZ THEY DID NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT. DTDC IS NOT HELPING ME. PLEASE DO SOMETHING FOR ME.
