delay in parts delivery from pune

Courier Service Complaint Complaint Date: July 29, 2020
I have order few parts on the 6th of July for my ninja300 bike, I have paid an advance to the service center. Its been 25days and when I ask for an update they say it will take another 30days, as the parts are locally manufactured in pune India. Why are they delaying the delivery of the parts. Thank you.
