The courier contained urgent documents was never delivered. Have been following with the staff for 5 days now and no one is able to give proof of delivery or is not certain of delivery but say that it has been delivered on 3rd Aug 2017. No details of who received the courier and relation to the receiver . See the attached status scan.
Please infervene and help .
