Consignment damaged and material theft

We are regularly using your courier for shifting our goods ( oils )

We trust in mettur transports for safe and proper delivery of the consignment



But last 2 consignments , we are dissatisfied as continuously we found few oil bottles are found missing when we open the box.

And we found the box is completely hampered and it is very clear someone has removed the bottles

How can this happen , I need a reply and compensate for this

Below given consignment details and missing items and cost of the same

Parcel No : 12018198

Missing 5 oil bottles ( cost is Rs 827/-)


Parvel No 12145937

Missing 4 bottles ( cost is Rs 990/-)


We collected from adayar office and when asked no proper response and they say to contact head office .


I need a reply and compensate for this , we still believe mettur transports respect the customers and working for the satisfaction of them
