Turnover above 1 Cr but don't issue invoice with GST

They have a turnover above 1 cr has not been giving GST invoice.

Asking about GST invoice they say they will increase the prices which is a direct violation of law and tax fraud. Being a responsible citizen for which I won't play any part.
Sellers like these have made mockery of our law system and have paralysed our economy

Note: Have added a high claim amount just to get attention to this case asap, and I'm not claiming anything here.
