तहसील भोगांव में अनिल कुमार सक्सैना निवासी रुई ने रूप सिंह पुत्र आशा उर्फ श्यामा जाति बहेलिया निवासी वीलो की विरासत प (क) 11 के तहत फर्जी भतीजा बनकर नाम कराली जिसका 14 वर्ष से कोर्ट में मुकदमा चल रहा है और आज तक कोई फैसला नहीं करते हैं इसके लिए पीड़ित परिवार कई बार भूख हड़ताल धरने पर बैठा लेकिन स्थिति जस की तस रही एडीएम मैनपुरी नई प्रकरण की जांच की और उसमें तत्कालीन लेखपाल, कानूनगो एवं लाभार्थी अनिल कुमार सक्सेना को दोषी ठहराया और कानूनी कार्रवाई करने का निर्देश दिया तहसीलदार भोगांव थाना बिछवा में लाभार्थी के खिलाफ धारा 420 के तहत मुकदमा भी दर्ज कराया है लेकिन 25 जुलाई से अब तक लाभार्थी को गिरफ्तार नहीं किया गया नही खतौनी संशोधित की गई।
