suppying Gas Cylinders to others against my consumer number

Sona Gas Enterprises has been supplying Gas Cylinders to others against my consumer number: 24523.

Details of the last Two Cash Memos raised against my consumer number are:

1. 3000298830 dated 11/01/2015 and
2. 3000310741 dated 16/01/2015

Kindly have this checked on priority failing which I will escalate the matter to Vigilance office of Indian Oil Corporation copying the Delhi State Office of Indian Oil Corporation on 19/01/2015.
