on 20.12.2014 i booked fo refill of cylinder vide booking id no.269704. Not received till 04.1.2015 again on 4.1.15 while knowing status, i was replied that booking has been delivered on 29.12.14 and I booked again on 04.1.15 under booking id 274630 but till date not received. I am asking daily to driver of gas van but can not receive satisfactory answer. My self personnaly came to office, due to rush was not replied. Now i have arranged the same from my neighbour. But want to complaint why e-booking are not being delevered properly and in time.
