Sir,
I submitted Form 4 along with the cancelled cheque and photocopy of the bank passbook of mine on 30-12-2014
I have the acknowledgement slip .
Indane sent me email the Form 4 has not been submitted to the bank by the distributor.
Kindly do so immediately and oblige.
