Dear Sir,
I have submitted the Form4 along with a cancelled cheque and photo copy of the Bank Pass book on 30-12-2014.
I have received email from the Indane to submit form 4. They have given warning.
I have the acknowledgement slip.
Kindly look into the matter and oblige and save me from any trouble.
