Locking a car with the driver still sitting inside waiting for pick up even without warning....n letting other cars remain parked in the area after accepting bribes from them ...this was done to me by noida authority officials maunu n Pawan ...they handpicked my car for charging n demanded cash payments to open the lock ....i have no issues paying the penalty but locking my car only n leaving the others on account of bribe n without any warning...how right is it...n they give answers like we decid which cars to remove n which not to remove...
