Complaint regarding excess amount claimed for LPG cylinder

The delivery agent of Disha Gas Agency, distributor of Indane Gas asked for an amount in excess of the bill amount for the second time in a row. The first incident took place in Nov 2019 and the second one in July 2020. The distributor asked for an amount greater than the bill amount by Rs. 50/- and the agents never provided the signed copy of the bill to me. When I asked for the bill, he simply said that there was no need of any bill or proof. As I needed the cylinder on urgent basis, I had no option but to accept their terms and pay Rs. 50/- extra on both occasions.
