Against a kirana shop owner who is selling open grocery items like rice,daal at high price

Due to Corona today we decided to buy some extra groceries and rice,daals.shop owner selling rice at double price 130 rupees/kg (actual price 70-80/kg).I think it's because of Corona he decided to sell at high price for his own extra margin,is this right to fool everyone?
