Charging of excess than MRP and not providing Bills with no.

Sir,
I visited Ajanta Caves on 28 Dec 16. The only Restaurant at Ajanta being run by MTDC is charging substantially more amount than the MRP.For example in my case I was charged as follows:-

For Frooti with MRP printed Rs 15 I was charged 30.I took 03 Frooti
For Pepsi Can with MRP printed Rs 25 I was charged 80

The Bill they provided also is hand written and doesn't have any Sl. no printed leading me to believe that no tax is paid on this income.

I am also attaching a copy of the complaint lodged by me at the Ajanta Caves along with bill and Menu card of the Restaurant.
