Charging extra on MRP store near my house in C.B.D belapur called Ashapura

The store near my house in C.B.D belapur called Ashapura sells certain things above the MRP price like Lays which is sold for 10rs is sold for 18rs here! Even soft drinks are sold for 1re extra, the owner says the 1re is for "cooling". I am aware that the MRP on soft drinks include the cooling charges.
