Clynder not yet delivered

I booked for refill of gas on 12th Jan'15, on 24th the delivery person can to deliver
but when I weight the clynder I was surprise to see that it is only 26KG whereas it suppose
to be 30kg. When I asked the delivery person to change he said that he don't have another one
so the clynder will be delivered on tuesday i.e 27th but till now he has not come to deliver
I tried to contact the agency in their landline # but nobody picks up the phone.

If any of the Agency people reading this message can you please show your concern.
