Dear Sir,
The service of Bihar state owned transport corporation is involved in huge corruption and gambling is going on very large scale. They are providing very poor service and taking too much time than prescribed format. The behaviour of conductor is also very bad to passengers and sometimes they are being abusive to passengers and they are also not providing proper tickets to passengers even no ticket is being provided to local passengers The bus number is BR01PL 7531 and the conductor name is Santosh (I've heard this name from the driver of the bus while their conversation).
Hoping that strict action will be taken against them.
