We have given the contract to GHAR SAJAVAT for interior ( colour, kitchen furniture, wardrobe, beds, sofa, etc as per list in bill)
During the interior work, as a consumer we have mentioned every-time where we felt that work is not going proper. They only visited but not taken the words as serious mark. Whenever they asked for payment, we have paid for the sake of good result, but they have not taken their responsibilities seriously. We have also mentioned our budget and even we have asked for good quality limited products, but they have mislead us and taken us granted. Now within 3 months we are facing bad results where furniture is getting bad, colour is coming off and laminations are getting detached. Most of the material is very bad, the Hinges and setting of doors are not working proper.We have also received bad quality for center table but we have returned that too. We have asked for the recovery but they are asking for more money. I am a single working parent, having no time to entertain their rude and granted behaviour. Even they are threatening me whenever I ask for my refund. I don't want any recovery, as they are not reliable. I am seeking for my huge amount of refund. I have paid and I received the bad service.
Here I have attached the damaged pictures of the work done and payment bills. Then also I insist to take a personal visit to my place for a better idea of worst service and interior work of the company.
