Yepme.com, Not received goods payment made online by debit card

I had placed an order of rs.1336 on 13th june 2018. As it offered a 20% discount on online payment i went ahead and paid by card. I did not receive any sms nor email confirming the same only in the app it showed order placed and expected delivery by 19th of june. However 19th june came n went and no sign of package. No customer service number of theirs works. No reply to email. I added the complaint on the app itself it gave me a complaint nmbr etc. However no sign of action or delivery of goods. Again i tried to place a complain but the app allowes only to escalate the complaint which i did but still nothing happened. I want my money back from yepme.com. this was my first time purchase from this site. I have purchased from so many different sites but never faced this problem. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!
