I am Bhagvan H Pal, I had a Bought The Cooler On 30/05/2017, The Cooler Was Not Working Properly From 18 March 2018, I Have Registered a Complaint Against Cooler To Customer Care On 4/04/2018 But I Didn’t Receive Any Response From Them, So I Registered Complaint Again On 13/04/2018 And They Provided Complaint Code 8045.
I Also tried Calling the Area Distributor For Servicing And Maintenance Department Mr. Vijay Dobhale and Mr. Samir. On 23/04/2018 Mr. Samir (Service Executive) Visited our Home And Said that Coolers Motor Is Not Working And This Type Of Motor Is Not Available In Our Service Center. And From That Date Till the present date I Am Taking their Follow-Up Every Week on Their Office No. 8668773992. And They Only Kept Postponing The Date Of Repairing. And Now My Cooler Warranty Is Expired.

I CALLED Mr. Vijay Dobhale AT Office AND They SAY THAT THEY Have Not still Repaired My Cooler . My Cooler Warranty Is Expired On 29/05/2018, the Orient Electrical Service Center has Not Repaired My Cooler Hence we are complaining on Jago Grahak Jago for our consumer rights.

    Hello Mr. Bhagwan. I read u t complaint. Just want to know did raising complaint on jago Graham jago helped u n did u get u r refund or whatever service u expected from the manufacturer.
