On 8-09-19, Sales Team of Hathaway Broadband, Indore had collected Rs 1770 against a quarterly subscription, had promised to resume broadband service on 8-09-19 itself, even after registering complaint on customer care and through mail, their is no response, to sell the product company representative offer false commitment and promises, after taking money, they are least bothered about the customer and services, this had caused a unnecessary mental trauma.
