Hello sir/mam
My father has bought new okinawa scooter from okinawa showroom Situated in bhopal, Jinsi area last year.
Not even 9 months have been passed and its battery has swelled. My father complaint in the company for replacing the battery as it is in guarantee period but they said theres in no guarantee over swelling of battery and you have to buy new one for 16000. Is the guarantee on bursting of battery?? So mean they are. My father has been in so much trouble since 3-4 months without scooter as okinawa service center just kept it and didn't made any solution. My father has already bought it with huge amount of money and he can't spend anymore.why 15-16000 rs for a battery if he can buy second hand scooter from the same amount and ride it.
Please i request you to take an action over this. Okinawa is selling scooter in the name of environment and eco-friendliness on the other hand they are bothering their customers.
