I have get Big Bazaar , Kothrud , Pune mall Profit Club Card No. 92212544693724 on 26/1/2022 amounting for Rs. 10000/- From Feb.2022 mall has been closed. I have mail to care@bigbazaar.com on 2/5/2022 to return my amount with bank details, but till date not refund of my amount and not contact to big bazaar authority. please help me to returned my amount for Rs. 10000/-

    Big Bazaar guys forced me to take profit club membership in the month of February. After using it for one month, they closed the outlet. Since then I have tried many times to connect with them but nothing is working out. Please help in getting refund of 9000.

    Big Bazaar sold me profit club membership, now they closed the outlet. Since then I have tried many times to connect with them but nothing is working out and no customer care number o email working.
    Need to get my hard earned money from them and government need to give attention to this matter.

    Big Bazaar Billing staff forced me to take BB Profit Club Membership Card just before the closure of BB in spite of knowing that it is going to close down. After using it for a month, their outlet was shut. Gave all possible documents for refund of the amt, but to no avail. Request yr intervention for refund of Rs.9000

    Any update on this complaint, I have same issue and not able to get refund of my remaining amount, please let me know if anyone knows the process to get the Profit Club remaining amount.
