Non Response for Faulty Washing Machine

Despite regular complaints from last 9 to 10 months they are not able to fix the probelm neither r they responding to call on complaint they r closing my complaint that I am not contactable I have also given alternate number ,it's shameful as sansui employee are self oriented rather than customer oriented , Mr Vinod promised to replace but he is not picking phone not replying to calls as I own something to him
