Purchased mattresses are defective

On 26.06.2016, I purchased mattresses along with a dewan cum bed from A-ONE FURNITURE, 23, MAHILA COLONY,MAIN ROAD, GANDHI NAGAR, DELHI-110031.The seller had assured me to repair or replace if any problem occurs.When I used the mattress, back-pain started to me and my wife. When we use other mattress, it gives relief to us.The matter was clear that the mattress was the cause of back-pain. I went to the seller and requested to replace the mattress. The seller gave me dates for many times but still the matter is unsolved.
