Dear Sir,
This Is Mukhtar Ahmad. i was ordered Redmi Note 3 16gb Mobile on Saturday 20 Aug 2016. which order no. is 12759 and i had paid you 8999Rs. trough paytm wallet from my credit card. And you people are not giving any response and your mail id and phone. no. are not working.
and the websites people delete my Purchase history from your website.

Please make refund my money in my
account. The website help line and mail are not giving any response. I had call him many times.But they did not get any response.
i can understand that this is totally fraud.

i had complain also to Paytm Cyber cell. they did not provide any response from their end.
they are telling that they had to payment to merchant and not to responsible for my money.
i want my money at any rate.

i am attaching all the details and mail which i found from paytm and Shop Subh.
