A refreshment contractor in the waiting area outside Patna Airport refused to accept legal new 1 Rupee coins against purchase of refreshments.
When I told him I will complain he was least bothered.
Is there a way to check this stupidity... or is it OK for the authorities that legal tender is not being accepted.
