myself Dilip kumar singh,my sbpdcl consumer number-100289446,at barh, patna my electricity meter showing wrong consumption due to this because intentionally problem created by Devendra prasad meter reader, In december month 2018 my consumption shown 327 unit at Rs-2059/-
this is more than double against actual consumption.
