Letv mobile selling poor quality mobile phones which stop working in just 3 months

I have bought a new Letv mobile Phone model- Me 1s (Eco).
And in just 3 months of its purchase it has stopped working.
Their are hardly any Letv service center available in pune. After long search I got one in shivaji Nagar & went there. Person their asked me to pay 1850 rupees though my phone is in warranty period.
Later I have spoken to the company representative almost everyday to repair it urgent & even emailed them many times.
But its been 50 days now & still the phone is not repaired.
Letv customer care takes exact 20-25 mins to receive customers call.
Which is really very torturing.
And every time I asked about repair status they say repair is in process & postpone a week everytime.
Customer Care People lie with customers everytime that they will get repaired phone in just few days but months pass and they will not solve the issue.
The letv LeEco Company is very ignorant & Fraud Company.
Customers are suffering loss & their hard earn money is wasting.
In this regard, I insist on getting a refund of full money payments.
I'm very upset with Letv poor services.
I look forward to your reply & a resolution to my problem.
