Complaint against eureka forbes pvt ltd for no service for AMC

I am M S Sastry and i have AMC contract with reference 10 25709118l dt 01.03.2016 valid upto 16.03.2018
My custemer ID is 1007725148
I have given complaint atleast 15 times since last 3 months.
But till date it is not compleated. I can not understand that what for we paid money for AMC?
I am very sorry to say i can not continue to use your water purifier and i am claim that 1year AMC charges please be refunded immediately.
I also desided that not to use any of eureka forbes products infeature. Your service department has not supported means responded any manner.
So, refund my money immediately due to non service given by you.
