COMPLAINT AGAINST DAMAGING A SAREE AND MISBEHAVIOR

I gave them a Saree for laundry, Dry Wash, and Polish on 13/03/2021 vide receipt number 7430. But unfortunately, they Completely damaged the saree and made false promises to make it as it was before again and again! Otherwise, they also committed to refund me the damage charges. But they are completely going against their own words now.
