fraud against purchased money

I went to purchase my near by shop as most of shop had no stock of that thing. I had to purchase eclairs toffee and veg. soup pouch. when I asked to shopkeeper intially the shop staff denied to give after asking again old man in the shop was ready to give but said to take packet of eclairs toffee however I wanted only 10 RS toffee and rest of 20 Rs soup since I had only 25 RS change money I told them to give only 05 eclairs toffee and 1 pouch soup so i had only 25 RS and the shop person asked money and I paid 20 RS (1 10 rupee and 1 10 coin) latter the old man in shop started talking rudely so I decided not to take anything from shop however intially, I paid 20 RS so I asked to return my money then he denied latter he did not return 10 rupees which I paid before taking the thing. when I asked to return my paid money old man in shop became rude and started shouting.kind look into this and take strict action against shopkeeper old person and one adult person. This shop is located at naskarhat naming with Jugal stores Naskarhat near Shiv temple.
