Snapdeal is not providing Quality checking report and refund

I am still waiting for my Quality Checking report. it is showing that it was an intent of snapdeal to cheat and harass their customer. they are rejecting customers refund and not able to provide quality checking report. snapdeal refund my money. I know you can not provide me the report because I have proper proof with me.
