Dear sir

i reacharged as per the otp provided by idea mobile service to my number after checking my offers i did rechrge of 165 and they mention talktime 210 rupees but i didnt get i have taken there screenshots of offer and transaction id but i didnt get balance even i called to cc but they didnt responded kindly help me sir
