Selling duplicate liquor at bikaji gama place car market wine n beer shop.

The whiskey sold at that liquor shop (Bikaji gama place car market) is totally duplicate and useless. The most of the people are complaining about this but the owner of that liquor shop is not listing to any one. Can this complain be taken some necessary action against this liquor shop. I have a proof of duplicate liquor selling on that shop. Also, they are selling haryana's L1 whiskey in Delhi with change of labels. I don't know how no one is taking any action against this. Should I tag this to Mr. Kejriwal or any other department please help and take necessary action against this.
