I Bought A Cooktop Gas (Surya Crystal 3 Burner) From A Known Person Named Sachin Kumar Phone No. 8076380791. He Provided The Product Without Any Bill Saying He Is Bringing The Cooktop Directly From The Manufacturing Plant. He Delivered The Product At My Residence (Thus I Don't Have His Address). When I Ask For The Warranty Card He Said This Product Has A Lifetime Warranty (Although We Are Not Concerned About A Lifetime Warranty). He Assured Me That If You Don't Like The Product You Will Get A Refund. I Found That It Was Broken (It Was Leaking And The Flames Were Coming From The Bottom Of The Cooktop) And The Quality Was Also Not Good. When I Tried To Contact The Person, He First Gave Me Some Excuses And Then He Stopped Taking My Calls. It Is Already More Than 20 Days And I Am Still Trying To Return This Product. I Am Feeling Cheated After Paying The Money For The Product A Product That Is Of No Use For Me. In This Regard, Please Register A Complaint Against Sachin Kumar So That He Won't Be Able To Do Such Kind Of Fraud To Anyone Else. I Would Also Request You To Help Me To Get A Refund Of The Money That I Paid For This Product.
