Product Quality unsatisfactory, purchased a swimming costume from passion sports

I purchased a swimming costume from passion sports but the material of the costume is unsatisfactory and shrivels in the swimming pool, and thus the fitting of the costume is very poor.

Passion sports employee refused to refund or replace the costume saying the tag had been removed.
