Product not exchanged by Vmart Kathua

Dear Sir

I may inform you that I have done shopping from Vmart branch at College Road Kathua around 10-15 March 2022 in which I have purchased cloths. Due to shortage of time I haven't tried formal pents at there.

When I reached home, I found it small sized. As I am working in banking sector I hardly find time to visit VMart. Now when I visited Vmart on 24.04.2022, they declined for exchanging/replacing the products with larger size or other products with same price. I requested them many time and also told them that nothing happened to dress/cloth even brand sticker are still intact. In the end they told me that exchanging products after 15 days is not in our policy. If this is your policy then it should be displayed at Vmart premises.

Now that dress is none of my uses and also think if poorman have purchased with hard earned money then same will happen to him. If this is your policy please make necessary changes
