Not receiving call. And it's services are very bad complaint for gtpl broadband

I have gtpl broadband.I am complaining from many days that my speed of the net is getting slow. When I am calling to customer care for 1 or 2 minutes they are taking and disconnect the call even not taking complains also. Please advertise in the TV that don't take gtpl broadband. Whenever we call they say that now server is down call back after 1or 2 hour even after calling 3 hours their tollfree number gets busy. So please help me to solve my problem.
